Our approach to therapy is:

Safe & confidential

We never lose sight of what a huge step it is to sit down and open up about potentially sensitive subjects with a relative stranger. We place the highest importance on confidentiality at every step, from the moment of initial contact onwards.

212 Psychotherapy consultation chairRelational

We relate to each person as an individual. The relationship that develops in therapy can offer a unique opportunity to understand other relationships in your life. But it is also a mutual and authentic experience in itself, a chance to explore and experience new ways of being.

Non-judgemental

In the society we live in, life and relationships can feel highly pressurised. At 212, we aim to offer an alternative space where we accept whatever you bring.

Ethical

We are dedicated to acting in the best interests of our patients. We adhere to the codes of ethics laid down by the following professional bodies: BACP, UKCP, BPC. If you would like to find out more about what this means, click on the links.
